1. Add 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of water. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. 4. Strain into a pitcher. 5. Add remaining 4 cups of water and sugar to taste. 6. Serve chilled over ice.
