It is a semi-fermented tea meaning it is developed from a black tea and green tea. This tea needs to be brewed in high temperature water of approximately 185-195ºF or 85-90ºC. The tea has a sweet milky aroma similar to that of milk toffee. The yellow/orange brew is a delight and very flavorful.
